SHIPPING, RETURNS + REFUNDS

We process and ship orders as soon as possible once order details are received. However, since each piece of jewelry is made-to-order, we kindly ask that you allow up to 7 business days (excluding weekends) to process your order. DOMESTIC SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE

For all domestic orders, we ship via USPS and charge $4.99 for priority flat-rate shipping for orders under $100. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. All domestic orders with a value over $100 ship at no charge to the customer. When the order ships, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details on when to expect the order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE

For all international orders, we ship via DHL International Express delivery service and rates are calculated before checkout. When the order ships, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details on when to expect the order. Delivery schedules are estimated and actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs/shipping locations. Before your shipment can be delivered, it may be subject to customs/duties/taxes and/or brokerage fees.

Please note: All international customers are responsible for the duties and taxes on their shipment. We value all of our packages and shipments at the amount the customer paid for them at the time the order was placed in order to insure them properly. In doing so, we have no control over the amount of duties and taxes that may be charged on each shipment.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

At the time of the order, please ensure that all shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Should an order fail to arrive because of an incorrect address provided at the time of the order, we are not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.

 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Because all products are made to order, we unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds. Every order is created and packaged with extra care and meticulous attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to mail carrier handling, please notify us immediately via email. Please provide us with proof of damage (i.e. multiple photos that clearly show the damage). We cannot guarantee that replacement items will be granted without proper proof.
